Ostrun was not raised. He was carved.
He has been standing for more centuries than the Silent Order itself has kept records, guarding a door nobody remembers why it had to be guarded. The monks who awakened him believed silence weighed more than any oath, so they gave him no voice, and he has never missed it.
He doesn't ask who crosses. He doesn't ask what they seek. He simply stands in the way, stone upon stone, exactly as he has been trained to do for centuries, while the Order that built him grows old, changes faces and forgets things that he, made of rock, simply cannot forget.
One day someone will ask him what he truly protects behind that door. Ostrun still won't answer. Not because he doesn't know.
Skills
Every blow can leave the enemy with reduced attack, the weight of stone slowing everything down.
Hits every enemy at once, and can leave them under a Seal: a whole turn unable to use their Feats.
He hardens with every blow he takes, and taunts automatically as soon as one of his allies is in real danger, without anyone asking him to.
I asked him what he truly protects behind that door. Ostrun didn't answer. Not because he doesn't know.
